Mushara Amidu Koriwie

Mushara Amidu Koriwie is an operations and property management professional with experience spanning Ghana and the United Kingdom, working across facilities management, business development, financial administration, client relations, and organisational coordination.

She has held operational and supervisory roles with PB Smart Facilities Management in London, Goldkey Properties Limited, and Devtraco Plus Limited in Accra. Across these roles, she has managed commercial and residential property portfolios, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, overseen budgets and service delivery, and supported the development of efficient operational systems. Her professional experience has given her a practical understanding of how organisations translate strategy into effective delivery across different institutional and cultural environments.

Mushara holds an International MBA with Professional Placement from Birmingham City University, United Kingdom, and a BSc in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.

As a member of Foreign Africa’s Advisory Council, she brings expertise in operations, organisational management, property and facilities systems, business development, and client engagement. Her experience across both markets contributes a valuable private-sector and implementation perspective to the Council’s role in supporting Foreign Africa’s institutional development and long-term growth.
