Build experience. Create impact. The Remote Internship Programme (RIP) is Foreign Africa’s flagship professional development programme, delivered through the Foreign Africa Impact Studio (FAIS). This highly competitive programme attracts applicants from across Africa and beyond, giving outstanding students and early-career professionals hands-on experience in foreign policy analysis, research, project design and implementation, strategic communications, conference delivery, publications, and partnership development. Interns (now Junior Associates) work with experienced professionals to turn ideas into programmes, partnerships, and policy solutions while preparing for leadership in diplomacy, development, entrepreneurship, and international affairs.
